HVR 1800 ATSC recordings - audio track?

Good news and bad - on the Win 7 server, patch installed an appears to have solved the issue - but as you may have expected, it yields a missing dll error on the Win 8 client, which is where I always playback - any way to fix?

You probably need an updated runtime on that machine. Maybe this one: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...x?id=30679

Patch runs fine on W8 with the 2012 runtime (x86) installed on my HTPC - don't know if it fixes the problem though
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives

I go the patch working on the Win8 client, and it does in fact solve my issue - thanks so much, Sub! After installing the runtime referenced I still got a missing "msvcr110.dll" message - I had that dll in System32 but not the SysWOW64 version that I found on my server, so after copying that over, all is well.
