I know I can put NPVR on top by right clicking the mouse and choosing the on top selection. But, is there a Windows command I can use to do the same thing? I'm trying to get all commands on my Harmony remote. I've searched here and googled for the info but haven't found anything satisfactory.

"NextPVR -ontop" should do the trick.

That's a command line option for use when launching NextPVR. I think the OP is looking for a keyboard command ,which I think there is none.

if you need to be able to set the on-top function after the fact, then the only way I can think to achieve it would be with EventGhost.

Actually, it turned out to be very easy once I saw the -ontop command. I was already using the remote to start NPvr from a shortcut so all I had to do was add that command to the end of the opening shortcut command. Now, I hit one button on the Harmony remote and Npvr opens on top. Thanks everyone for your responses.
