BeagleBone Black

Has anyone any experience of one of these? They seem similar to the Raspberry Pi at least in the sense that they're small and have the relevant interfaces (USB, Ethernet, HDMI etc).

I was looking at getting a Raspberry Pi (although mostly for non NextPVR use) and the BeagleBone was flagged up as a similar product on the RS Components site. Just curious.

Thanks Martin, very useful. I'll keep an eye out for the devices you mention but at the moment they don't seem to be available in the UK. From the chart the BeagleBone scores slightly higher than the Pi for what I need and the price isn't much different.
