NEWA error after upgrading to 3.1.1

After upgrading to 3.1.1, I cannot get NEWA or MobileNEWA or the Windows Desktop Gadget to work. Here is the error when trying to access on the same machine using localhost:8866

Server Error in '/' Application.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)


Any ideas on this?

Your install did not work. Download the stand alone package from the wiki or try rerunning the NPVR install.
