Orphan recordings

Due to some switching back and forth of harddrives I suspect that I have a number of orphan recordings, has anyone come up with a clever way to hunt down and delete such recordings?

I run vidimport (without importing) and anything in the import xml file will be an orphan.

Thanks. I'd still have to delete them manually, but I guess I could come up with a script to do that.

I guess it depends on how many you find!.
