MSVCP71.dll is missing...

When I click on Live TV, I keep getting an error saying...

The program can't start because MSVCP71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I click on OK on the error message and Live TV starts.

Is this file suppose to come with NPVR? I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1.

I can't think of anything that would rely on that. Could it maybe be one of the decoders you're using?

what version? have is ever worked or have you just upgraded to 3.1.1. and encountered this problem?
check that you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Runtimes.

This is not a framework file so those steps won't help.

I have an AMD video card and use the AMD decoders for video. Switching to the default Microsoft and ffdshow decoders still make the error pop up. Live TV works after clicking OK on the error message window.

I have the latest version of NPVR 3.1.1 and the patches. I cannot remember when this issue started. Seems like maybe it was a couple of months or so ago. I rarely watch Live TV on my PC.
