Pause graph when stopping a channel?

Hi,

I've recently made the switch from Mediaportal to NextPVR and have noticed my channel start times seem longer than with Mediaportal.
I recall that within Mediaportal there was an option (which I had enabled) to always pause the graph instead of stopping it, this seemed to help a lot with startup times.

We don't tend to 'switch' channels, as I'm using XBMC which makes that a bit clunky, so we usually stop the active channel, drop to the guide and then choose another channel.

Is there any option that can be configured for NextPVR to always pause the graph? (I'm using a HDPVR2 and TBS DVB-S2 cards if I makes a difference)

In the file Config.xml (typically C:\Users\Public\NPVR), about halfway down under heading <Recording> is an old setting <KeepDigitalGraphsContructed>false</KeepDigitalGraphsContructed>. The Wiki says the setting was on Misc but that's no longer true. I haven't tinkered with it myself and it might not even work anymore, or it might have drawbacks that I'm not aware of. However you might want to try opening Config with Notepad and changing "false" to "true," being careful to save as .xml rather than defaulting to .txt. I would restart recording service after making such a change.
