Scan does not see certain stations (germany, Astra 19.2E), list finnicky

Scanned Astra 19.2E, full, not "german" only. Still cannot see certain station like most HD publich channels, arte HD, 3sat HD, Das Erste HD etc. others like ZDF HD are there, so in general it's working, but not fully.
Pointers appreciated. My other HTPC box scanned with the same dish/quadLNB, got them all.

check your setting for the lnb 11300 10750 etc match your lnb
