NO channels found with Home Run Dual with OTA antenna

Hi all. Newbie to NPVR. Have been using the Homerun for a few years with WMC just fine.

But I am switching to NPVR. I have the latest software and firmware for the home run and am running the latest NPVR software.

When I scan for channels on both the ATSC and QAM sides of each tuner, I get no channels back.

I get 50+ channels just fine via WMC. When I check the log files, I see the below log for each channel being scanned.

The things that stick out are:
Unable to get IKsPropertySet interface and Unexpected error on ATSC put_TunerRequest: 0x8000FFFF.

Also the log says signal strength = 0. Yet when checking signal strength from WMC - i get excellent strength.

Any ideas? Thank you.

If you are scanning OTA, you should only be scanning the "ATSC" source, not the "QAM" source. In the HDHomeRun Setup program, set the application to "Other: ATSC/QAM", perform a scan in NextPVR and then zip and post your logs. Also make sure you added exceptions to your firewall for NextPVR.exe, NRecord.exe and NDigitalHost.exe
