Scan duplicates channels

I have 21 ASTC channels currently.

If I run another channel scan it creates duplicates for the same channels that already exist.

Do you know what would be causing this behavior? Any way to prevent this without wiping my database and starting over?

Right click, Disable All and then tick any you need to add.
