I have been using NPVR for about a month with no issues.
I just re-installed my OS (Windows 7 Ultimate), re-installed NPVR and suddenly I am having issues with the audio when watching Live TV. After about 10 minutes the audio goes out of sync and then after that goes on about 15 minutes, the picture freezes/pixelates then it starts playing again but now the audio is back in sync. After another 5 or 10 minutes, same thing happens with the audio going slowly out of sync.
This is not an issue if I record a show then watch it later. It only happens with live TV. I have uninstalled the program and re-installed it twice but the same issue keeps happening. I downloaded the patches in the sticky thread even though they didn't say anything about my issue to see if that would handle but it did not.
I finally uninstalled it completely and downloaded MediaPortal to see if it is an issue with my system. I have not had any issues with MP using Live TV.
I prefer to use NPVR as I am an MB3 user and I use the plugin for Live TV as well and I find NPVR is less resource intensive than MP.
Any ideas?
