Getting rid of the minor is not good enough, you have to map it to a new channel

Code:

      <number>6</number>
      <minor>0</minor>
      <formatted-number>6</formatted-number>
      <type>0x1</type>

      <number>6</number>
      <minor>0</minor>
      <formatted-number>6</formatted-number>
      <type>0x1</type>

It looks like the live tv buffer file is not growing, like its receiving no data from the HDHR. Can you watch ETVW in NextPVR? I'm guessing not.

Looks like some of the channels aren't working in npvr and those are making xbmc freeze/error. Verified a channel worked in npvr and it works in xbmc.

Now to figure out why some of the channels aren't working.

Thanks for the help guys.

I'm having this issue as well. I think it's a bug in Kodi. Certain seemingly random channels when selected in Kodi do not load. A progress bar is shown with buffering. I have reverted back to Gotham and the issue goes away. I have tested a nightly version of Kodi to see if this has been already fixed but the problem persists. I have done a completely fresh install of Windows 7, the latest NextPVR and all of the most recent patches. I have also verified that my other devices such as Plex and the Hauppauge live tv viewer can access the channels just fine. The issue persists on other devices such as my Android tablet. This is almost certainly an issue with Kodi and not with any other parts of the backend.

I have tried changing localhost to the IP of the machine with no success. I have completely disabled all of my firewalls both in the operating system and on the router side, and the problem exists. Any ideas?

Here's my post on the XBMC forums: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=214186
