Viewing TV appears to be SD not HD

I am using HD Homerun Extended for the tuner. I can watch TV through NPVR. The picture appears to be SD from the description in Kodi and the general not so great picture. HD Homerun says to make sure MPEG2, H264 and AC# is set up. When I go into NPVR settings and look at decoders, MPEG2 is disabled and there is no way to change it. Any help is appreciated.

Your HDTC will use the default transcoding profile for the device that you set up via the browser. If you use an interlaced profile, then you will need to make sure that deinterlacing is enabled in Kodi.
