Detection of FTA channels

Hi!

I think detection(by checkbox) can be improved because all such channels on cable have this:
<unparsed_tag>0x7e</unparsed_tag>

On STB some radio channels have "key" symbol, but they still work without smart card.

This 0x7E descriptor (FTA_content_management_descriptor) is optional, and only a small number of cable operators transmit it. Those that do transmit it are using it to suggest copyright rules for channels, such as redistribution rules.
