Invalid Characters in Path for NCIS: New Orleans

I am guessing from the NRecord.log file that it is trying to use the colon in the program title to create a file. Shouldn't nextPVR prevent characters that cannot be used in filenames from the attempt to use them?

Is there a way to prevent this, knowing that any given day, there can be other shows with invalid characters and I am recording (or about to) all programs on all 6 network channels every day. So, I don't know what will be recorded without checking every single day.

In the attached NRecord.log file, find where it tries to do NCIS: New Orleans, you'll see several errors around 19:59:00 on 2015-06-02. Just one example.

If you go to the Settings->Recordings screen, and disable the 'use S01E01 file name format' setting, does it then work?

Not sure, I simply disabled all metadata so it doesn't use that logic at all.

That doesn't need the metadata. It just uses info from the EPG.
