Video - Audio out of sync

I am using a HD Homerun Prime and a Raspberry Pi 2 to stream live TV to my TV. NextPVR is installed on a Windows 7 Pro server. The issue that I now have is that the video and audio are out of sync.

Are there any tweaks or changes that I can make that will correct the out of sync issue?

Since you are in the US, I'm presuming that the video you are referring to is MPEG2. Have you purchased and "installed" the RPi license for hardware decoding of MPEG2 video? If not, that might help. I have an RPi 2 with the license, and I'm not having problems with audio and video out of sync (although I rarely watch live tv--almost exclusively recordings).

Yes, I am in the US and no I did not purchase a RPi license. Where do I get such a license?

I asked a co-worker, who already has this setup and running, about the video/audio sync issue. He said the exact same thing. I'll get the license and try again.
