Win10 + InfiniTV 6 Channels Missing

I thought I'd try this out with Windows 10, considering its not officially supported by Ceton, I'm willing to go back to Win 8.1, but in case its something fixable I figured I'd post it.

When I do a channel scan, I seem to be missing a few channels, it can sometimes vary on which channels go missing. I stop all services, remove the db3 file and start over with device detection each time.

Just as an example, I'm usually missing channels 50 - 54. other times I'll get 50-54 and be missing 140 or 180... there are probably more but those are the ones I've noticed. They are also SD so its not that big a deal if they go missing but I didn't want to continue editing my channel list in case I got to the HD channels and found a few missing there as well.

Attached is a zip of my current log file, an html list from the ceton device of the channels it discovered, and all my previous logs which shows NextPVR picking up anything from 792 - 814 channels

Give this patch a go. It bumps up the maximum time it'll wait for more channels.

I didn't know that Ceton web page existed with the list of channels. I could probably add some logic to pull the list from there, for a near instant channel scan (like we get with the HDHR), and only have it fall to the traditional scan if the channel list page isn't available.

oh wow that'd be cool... well the path to that page is "http://192.168.200.1/Services/ChannelMap.html" it defaults to page 1 of 17 in my case, clicking all brings up the whole list... it appears to be some kind of java script so im not sure how to get it to you in a useful way, i attached the page with the files it saved from chrome...

as for the nshared.dll, no luck there... i stopped all services, wiped the db3 again, replaced the dll in C:\program files (x86)\npvr, started everything up and reran the scan, its still missing a few channels.
