AverTV Volar Hybrid Q - Channels, but no picture?

Hi

AverTV Hybrid Volar Q. Detected all channels correctly, but no picture or sound in live tv. Any suggestions please?

Well you need to select decoders for MPEG2 Video and AC3 Audio, I think the READ BEFORE POSTING sticky mentions something about that. What Windows version are you running?

Thanks. yes, I found that out and it worked! (Windows 10). I'm a newbie. I did read that; I just didn't understand it.
