Question: Mutli-record with Ceton tuner in QAM mode using 3.6.6

Should I be able to record multiple stations on the same frequency with a single Ceton tuner if I remove the CableCard & I am using it as a QAM tuner?

I removed my CableCard and added two stations that are on the same channel to the first tuner on my Ceton InfiniTV 4 card. With my other QAM tuners, I can record both stations at the same time with a single tuner. I wasn't able to do that with the Ceton. If I should be able to do it with 3.6.6, I will reproduce & capture the logs. If I shouldn't be able to do it, is it something that could be added? I know it is not supported when the CableCard is installed & assume it won't ever be supported in QAM mode but wanted to be sure.

Sorry, no. The Ceton device will only send NextPVR a single channel per tuner.

NextPVR can do multiple streams on that single channel though, so it's still useful for some things, like overlapping padding on back-to-back recordings on the same channel, or watching live tv on that channel while recording in the background.
