No Location Tab in HDHomeRun Setup

I am setting up a new HDHomeRun Connect to use with NextPVR on my Server (Windows Server 2012 R2) and am having an issue finding the "Location Tab" within the program. I did review this topic but was unable to get the component registered (checked the directory and it was not there. I assume this was supposed to be installed with the HDHR Setup installation. I am able to use HDHR Viewer on various devices around the house but can't go through the proper setup documented here to configure NextPVR

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What do you need it for? They've probably just updated their setup program and it not longer needs it, so they don't provide it as an option.

Windows Server 2012 does not include BDA drivers.
