Comskip and Comclean Help

Can someone help me or point in the right direction if it has been answered before, which im sure it has but just cant find it.
I have NPVR 3.6.6. install.
I can get it ti run comskip during recording, buit how do I get it to use comclean afterwards. No really sure what to do, so help would be great please.

Got it sorted and thought I shuold post it here in case anyone has the same problems.
Set Up
OS windows 2007
Unpacked Comskip in C:/Comskip, also put ffgmep.exe, cleancom2.bat, mplex1.exe in same directory.
Installed cutterman
Modified comskip.ini file to change the follow.
output_cuttermaran=1
live_tv=1

Made a Parrellprocessing.bat file in scripts directory containing

cd /d "C:\comskip"
comskip %1
CALL comclean2 %1

Here is the comclean2.bat.ini file
Rem demux the mpeg file
"C:\Comskip\ffmpeg" -i "%~dpn1.ts" -vcodec copy "%~dpn1.m2v"
"C:\Comskip\ffmpeg" -i "%~dpn1.ts" -acodec copy "%~dpn1.mp2"
Remove the commercials

del "%~dpn1.mp2"
Rem Mulxiplex again to a regular mpeg file

del "%~dpn1_clean.mp2"
del "%~dpn1*.info"

Rem RENAME the old .mpg file and rename the new one to the old name
