EPG Unreliable recently in UK

Here in the UK the ordinary Freeview EPG seems to have become unreliable. Win 10, WinTV Dual HD Tuner. Is this just me? Can I do anything about it. Film 4 is nearly always showing"No show details". BBC 1 is usually OK. Other channels come and go showing "No Show details".

If you manually do an EPG update, does it fill in? ie, clicking 'empty epg' followed by 'update epg'?

I have been experiencing a similar issue with BBC4 and channel 4 and Film 4 manual update normally resolves the problem.

Is there anyone who actually uses this feature as it seems to cause problems for most people (might be worth adding a comment in config.exe to explain on what basis people should tick this option).

Works for Today but Tomorrow plenty of channels still showing no details.

Problem still exists.

You could try with a higher value set for EPGScanSeconds in config.xml. The default is 60 seconds and is the time that NextPVR "listens" on each frequency for EPG data. You might try a value of 120 seconds.
