My Live Video stops after a while

When playing from my HDHomrun Prime, my video stops after a while then starts back up after around a min. It doesn't seem to do it with recordings and Its probably something simple but I cant quite figure it out. Can anyone give me more info on what it could be. Hopefully I did the log files right. Thanks

If you do a recording, does the video playback fine in another player, or does it have gaps/breaks in it?

I'm trying a recording now but I know my raspberry pi that has osmc on it plays it well broadcasting from my pc, I personally think its decoders messed up but not sure

Decoders either 1) work and display a picture or 2) don't work and don't display a picture. Glitches during watching Live TV or during playback of recordings are likely to be a reception problem possible because of too many splitters in a cable or a loose connection. There is a slim possibility that an ancient machine lacks graphics grunt and might cause video glitches.
