NextPVR menu options missing with install 3.7.7 on Windows 10

Had previous 3.6? version of NPVR installed on Windows 10 and it worked fine. Upgraded to 3.7.7 and now when I start NPVR, only options are LiveTV, DVD and EXIT. All the other options are gone for Guide, etc.

Can't schedule, find recordings, etc. Recording services appear to be working as I can remotely see pending recordings via HTTP interface.

Any thoughts?

Wow... how stupid. Somehow the options in "Settings/Plugins" got turned off for TV Guide, Recordings, Videos... etc
