playback has narration audio track

Some recordings now have a narration audio track, and this track is selected as the default track. I'm not sure what other info to include.

The recordings should always have all the audio tracks that were included with the broadcast.

If it's defaulting to the wrong audio track during playback, and you can supply a sample recording, I'll check it for you. Now is a good time to supply it, because I'm about to do a new release.

Do I copy the file to C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR, that's it? No regsvr32 on it? Do I need to stop NPVR Recording Service before I do this?

Yes, just replace the existing file of the same name. You don't need to stop the recording service. You will need to stop nextpvr.exe if it's running. No, you don't need to re-register it.
