UP & Down cursor keys no longer give 10 min skip

After making a backup I deleted all the settings within "MVPSpecificSettings" reducing the file from over 200k to 18k. There was an old bug fixed a couple of releases ago, but it didn't remove any incorrect entries that were already there. It's likely all those garbage lines were added a long time ago on your machine, and the problem is no longer happening.
