Return PC to previous power state after EPG Update

Is it possible to return the PC to standby after nextPVR wakes it up to perform the EPG update?

NextPVR never tells a machine to go to standby, since it has no idea what else is happening on a machine. It will tell the machine to actively stay awake while it is doing things (like recording or updating the EPG). Most people would just set their PC to auto standby after x minutes of inactivity.
