NextPVR & Kodi

Hi everybody sorry for my bad english before of all.
I'm writing here like last step before definitively give up and delete it....I'm driving crazy about nextpvr configuration.
I've already installed KODI 17 on my pc but i wanna integrate with nextPVR to register.
After install it i configure it going to settings devices and decoders like screenshot added here.
NO TUNER AVAILABLE is always the message i see!
I try to disable NextPVR client on Kodi but nothing change.
Can you help me?

NextPVR is designed for use with channels from physical TV tuners, rather than IPTV channels from the internet. If IPTV with Kodi is your primary goal, you'd be better off with some other PVR backend, or maybe switch to the "IPTV Simple Client" addon.

That said, I'm sure all your channels being number 1, and having no name, is probably something to do with it.

Also, I've never seen another user with this "Acer VC1 Decoder", which could also be a factor.
