Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the tuner? I found I had to do this for one of my three tuners. Now all working ok. Strange as I am using the same driver I just needed to reinstall it and all worked.

I hated to create a pointing post like this and we can delete it now the A-Team see's it but with it being 9 failures and someone else had failure too that same day... I wanted to be dutiful to make sure it might help those posters too.
