Approximately how many channels have you got?

The 404 (Not Found) on artwork can be entirely normal if there is no artwork for those recordings.

I have 40 OTA channels and 4 IPTV channels.

Yeah, no real reason that should be slow to load the guide. Hopefully UJB will be able to give some diagnostic suggestions when he gets back from his trip.
