Yeah, should just need to replace the existing file of the same name, and restart the app.

Can you check if you're still seeing it with the file you posted above? Are you seeing just as much of the problem as before? Playing your file, I don't see the issue any more.

Please give this updated reader a go, and let me know if it helps. It fixes an issue with some H.264 I-frames overflowing a buffer.

The reader version that I am using should be the latest ... Size = 149,504.

It was hard to say if the initial TS Reader had made an improvement - I don't really have anything to get a reliable measurement with. However, I've just tried the one in your message above and so far I think it's looking better.

I am viewing over RDP from work, so I'll have to check when I'm home, but I'll endeavour to update later tonight.
