what happens if a recording is in progress at the same time as the epg is set to update? how is this handled

It is definitely not recommended especially if you are doing OTA updates and problems have been reported frequently so best to find a regular time that is clear.

thought that may be the case this happened to me last night and i had noticed some oddities as a result of it il have to set it to a different time
