Love the new behavior for osd in evr renderer! like the old days..
but alas, now the other settings in config no longer work..only <OSDTimeoutInfo> has any effect..all timeouts use this value
by design or accident? they usedto work in all previous versions...
i tested w long 8000 and 10000+ values..

I just checked, and it looks like it's still working the way I expected it to.

Are you trying to test this when video is paused or playing? There is some serious limitation to changes I can make to the OSD while video is paused.

when paused..i like a long delay on show info when paused...and blue button doesn't make it go away ever.
tho now i like that i can make osd come up/go away multiple times when paused Big Grin
just can't control the timing anymore....always worked before for me.

just noticed, the timeline does seem to honor a longer showing..
but OSDTimeoutInfoOnPause doesn't have any effect for me..
my settings:
Code:
<OSDTimeoutInfo>4000</OSDTimeoutInfo>
    [color=#FF0000]<OSDTimeoutInfoOnPause>8000</OSDTimeoutInfoOnPause>[/color]
    <OSDTimeoutStatus>8000</OSDTimeoutStatus>
    <OSDTimeoutTimeline>8000</OSDTimeoutTimeline>
info at bottom always goes away after 4 secs, and not before, even if i hit blue button/ctrl-b
timeline does stay up for the 8 secs tho..and timeline does go away with blue button instantly,
when playing or paused..info doesn't go away w blue button while playing or paused..used to..

so really my problem is just the <OSDTimeoutInfoOnPause> not working and the inability to use blue button to make them go away anymore whether playing or paused..

blue button makes timeline go away so i would think it's not impossible..Smile

Does the blue button work for you to make osd go away? It only makes timeline go away for me, show info stays.

that fixed blue button..Smile thanks..
still no OSDTimeoutInfoOnPause tho..but blue button makes it better..lol
i like short info normally[2000] and long when paused[24000] but now we can bring info back up while paused it's kinda irrelevant with blue button ability to make it go away or come back..Big Grin
still would be nice if OSDTimeoutInfoOnPause worked...
