Recently Vader Streams changed to a new panel which has broken NextPVR.
The old M3U urls were password based like this. (Pass x'd out)
The new urls use a token (token not valid here.)
These new tokens return error messages like this.
I'm not sure how to interpret your logs but that don't look right.
I've been very careful to be sure the channels got updated, even tried reinstalling from scratch. The urls look right in the Channels list but they all fail. I've attached the logs.
