Does this patch work for all tuners (e.g HDHR for OTA and SD Prime channels). I'm having the same problem with tuners not releasing channels or tuner status not updating.
Server: NPVR 5.0.9/Win10 Home OS v19041.572 64-bit/HP Envy Phoenix i7-4960X CPU @ 3.6GHZ, 4 TB, 24GB RAM/2 x HDHR4-2US Connect (OTA) Clearstream Flex Amplified indoor antenna/Schedules Direct
Clients: NVidia Shld Android 9.0, Kodi 18.6/ 2 x RPI3B LibreELEC running Kodi 18.8

First, never apply a patch from an old version of NextPVR as they get rolled into the new version. Your problem is more likely not related so you need a new thread with a description of how you see the provblem. Based on your setup I expect your problem is in Kodi so you need to get post in the Kodi sub forum and also add the Kodi logs.
