Kodi and Webserver

Hello , I'm trying to connect to the webserver client and have no success with connecting. My main goal is to get my pc npvr to sync with kodi. I keep getting 0% channels added and when the system is turned on kodi says it couldn't connect to npvr.

The npvr software on my pc works. I can watch live iptv and record.

On the NextPVR PC, can you open http://127.0.0.1:8866 in your browser and see the NextPVR web app? If not, zip and attach your logs.

No. I get this site can't be reached.

It looks like the web server has started ok. I'm wondering whether maybe you've got firewall/antivirus software maybe getting in the way.

I uninstalled the anti virus software and I disabled the firewall and I'm getting the same issue.

which browser did you try, and exactly what error did it return when you tried?
