What needs more buffering? Where are your channels coming from?

Gusse you need that info. The source is coming from my cable box through a colossus 2. Then streaming it through the web browsers it buffers every 10 sec.

When you stream to a web browser, it has to transcode the stream. Two possible reasons you're getting it buffering:

1) your CPU isn't able to keep up, so can't produce output stream as quick as your player is trying to watch it. ie, check the CPU on the server while watching on the web app. If it's solidly above 90%, then your CPU isn't fast enough for watching via the web app. You'll find you have much lower CPU watching it directly in the NextPVR desktop application, since it doesn't need to transcode to watch.

2) or, you're streaming across the internet, but using a bitrate faster than your network connection can consistently provide. Lower the bitrate.

Sorry for reposting. But I am also using the plex plugin and that seems to be working better that going through just the streaming, might be cause you can change the streaming settings.

Plex is probably able to consume the raw stream, like the NextPVR desktop app, and other clients like the kodi etc (so no transcoding, lower CPU usage etc). That's not the case with the NextPVR web app, which needs to transcode the video, in which case my earlier comments apply. If it is the CPU not keeping up, no amount of buffering will help - it'll eventually run out of content to play, and need to wait until more is produced.
