Update channel urls

Some of the channel urls have changed from my iptv provider and I need to update them without redoing everything. I've done this before using the command line but I didn't write it down and can't remember how I did it and can't find the post that had the command line in it.

You can try the "nextpvr.exe -m3u" command line.
