free sat failing to start channel scan

Hi im trying to scan for new channels. as im have this error when selecting a free sat channel "unable to comucate with recording service" i have the same problem withmy had home run free view but i believe that another problem with home run software/ fire wall. back to frre sat, when i search for new channels it just says "starting device" for ages and goes no futher. i have had my sat dish moved and re aligned via a sat dish engineer and should be working fine. i have attched my logs

It looks like you have an old version of one of the dlls. Try rerunning the installer.
