4.2.3 install doesn't update version in config.xml

sub, looks like the version number stays at 4.2.2 and the upgrade popup still comes up.

Oops - try again. I've updated the installer to update the version number in the master config file, which was a step I'd forgot to do. (it would have still be running the new code, just with the old version number shown)
