Timer rules

Although my Nextpvr recordings menu indicates it will record any new episodes at any time of day, when i view the Kodi Timer Rules they indicate recording will occur only during very specific times eg 21:00 to 22:00.

Which software will take precedence?

The NextPVR backend controls the recording.
