Channel numbers

I have just moved to NextPVR from Windows Media Centre. When I scan for channels they appear numbered 1 to 43, but the numbers don't relate to the channel names, eg "channel 7" appears as number 1. However, WMC when it scanned allocated numbers that related to the channel number/names, eg "Channel 7" is channel number 7. My TV does the same. Is there a way to allocate channel numbers that relate to channel numbers/names? I know I can edit each channel, but that's quite onerous.

Usually it'd successfully get the channel numbers when scanning a DVB device (but can sometimes miss them if you're unlucky). Try deleting the channels and rescanning.
