After Fresh Install on Windows 10, Channel List does not appear in windows app

I did a fresh install of Windows 10 and then reinstalled nextPVR (4.2.4 (190307). I also restored the NPVR directory from my backup. Now when I run the NextPVR Windows app, everything appears to work except the channel list. I know the channel list exists because I can see it in settings. The way I normally bring up the channel list is by right clicking on the windows display and then selecting channels from the popup menu.

I've tried installing nextPVR twice and nothing has changed the situation.
I've zipped the log files for your review.

If you right click and choose 'channels', is the filter set to 'all channels'? Do you see the channels listed on that popup window?

I apologize for the late response. The computer I'm using as the backend server needed parts before I could rebuild it. I wanted to take a screenshot to show you that the right click menu does not show any filters and when you click on channels, nothing happens.
