After performing new channel scan, all channels and live TV are black

I got a new antenna and so I performed a channel scan. I updated the EPG for the new channels, and they show up in the guide, but when I try and watch any of them, they are all black. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you do a recording, do you get a file created? does it have anything in it, or zero byte length?

It creates a file but the file has zero byte length.

Zip and attach the logs showing a recording attempt and I'll take a look.

That log never contains info about device interaction.

Use the 'zip my logs' button on the Settings->About screen.

ah, sorry I was just manually zipping the log file from the folder. Here is the file generated from the settings.

It looks like your device is unable to lock onto a signal.

I'd be checking those antenna cables and connections, and checking it's pointing the right direction etc.
