install problem

Ah, right - there was a bug in the current beta where HDPVR style devices weren't able to import channels from xmltv. This is fixed in the next build.

Are you able to supply an example xmltv file? I'll check it works with this style of xmltv file. (ie, needs channel numbers etc, which most xmltv files do not have)

Cheer - I've checked it. That xmltv file will be fine. I've made a couple of minor tweaks to make it work better with that type of file.
