Normal logs don't show this information. Unfortunately it was just something I'd overlooked in the 'update m3u' feature. Yes, I'll delete these logs in a minute.

It looks like there is something odd going on with your IPTV provider's streams. It's rejecting NextPVR's requests to connect to the stream:

2019-12-22 22:54:55.713 [DEBUG][46] Unexpected error in HTTP input source: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Unfortunately I'm out of time to look at it today. I'm happy to take a close look tomorrow though.
