Connecting to non-standard port

Are there any restrictions on the app as to what characters can be used in the pin? as I have things like $@= included in the pin code
It works between Kodi and NextPVR ok, but should I make it purely numerical?

Have just changed it to an 11 digit numerical number and I'm still getting the same errors

I think it must be password length?
I changed it to a 4 digit pin and it worked.
Changed it back to a 11 digit pin and it didn't...

Didn't work with a 10 digit pin either, but did work with a 9 digit number.
Any idea why the 9 digit limit? is it something to do with how it hashes the pin?

You should be fine with any length. I'm not aware of any limit on it.

At least this may be something to check with future people who have trouble logging in.. in case they have a 10+ digit password... I tried several 10 digit passwords, but none of them worked, but have tried a few 9 digit ones and each one of them has worked.
