I would like to record an hour long show as one file instead of two half hour files. How can this be done?

You need to create a manual recording in NextPVR.exe or the web app or change the padding since you can't adjust the length on timeslot recordings. Better yet try and get EPG data for the channels you record most.

Thanks
I am also having issue with no names of the shows and channels. Any fixes? Dare I say would WinTV10 be a better option?

They don't broadcast a decent free EPG in North America. Most people from that part of the world would get a Schedule Direct account, and set NextPVR to use that for it's listings. This will give you multiple weeks of listings at a time, artwork, and extra info like season/episode numbers etc.

No, it's only $25 year though, so pretty manageable for most people.

You should open a new thread with a relevant topic that might attract more attention from general users.

I don't remove commercials or use plex, so can't help you with those.
