I have tried to run dotnet nscripthelper.dll at a command prompt but "dotnet" is nowhere to be found.
Am I missing a runtime? Thanks.

NScripthelper needs you to install netcore 3.1 on Windows. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/do...nt/runtime
