For exemple, I had the issue with  channel "France Ô"

I've found the cause of this and fixed for the next build. It related to two different components in of the software, each defaulting to different encoding character sets, and characters like this were causing differences in the way they saw this filename.

I noticed the logs for this event showed up on another report and it seems the only recording you attempted worked fine

But you seem to have immediately deleted it.

Without more information and Kodi's debug's log I don't see any issue here.

Sorry, I didn't check my mailbox since few days. I proceed with a new installation after updating windows to 1909 and all works fine !
